At Hedderman Consulting, we provide design, analysis, and consulting services, specializing in the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of mechanical equipment, components, and structures. We have decades of experience in the design, analysis, and evaluation of pressure vessels in accordance with the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII, Division 1 and Division 2). We also have extensive experience in analyzing and evaluating a wide variety of equipment, components, and structures subjected to pressure, thermal shock, mechanical shock (impact and deflagration), seismic, and vibratory loads, among others.
Hedderman Consulting, LLC was founded by Joseph Anthony (Tony) Hedderman who has over three decades of experience providing design and analysis solutions to the petrochemical, energy, mining, transportation, aerospace, and nuclear industries. Prior to starting Hedderman Consulting, Mr. Hedderman worked for several storage tank and pressure vessel fabricators, and engineering consulting firms. More than just an engineer confined to the office, Mr. Hedderman’s experience includes several years working in the shop and as a field engineer, assisting, troubleshooting, and overseeing the construction of large-scale storage tanks and pressure vessels.
